Luis Moya

Luis Moya brings over 25 years of combined investment banking and industry leadership experience originating and advising CEOs on over $1 billion in M&A and financing transactions. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor on Capstone’s Energy, Power & Infrastructure Investment Banking Team.

Previously, Mr. Moya was Managing Director of Permian Capital Partners, LLC for over five years. Prior to that, Mr. Moya was Chief Financial Officer of Pacesetter Energy, LLC for four years, a private energy holding company where Mr. Moya orchestrated M&A, debt, equity, JV capital, and structured finance transactions for the company’s upstream, midstream, and oilfield services portfolio companies. Mr. Moya held prior roles in the corporate finance departments of Meridian Resource Corporation (NYSE: TMR) and Halliburton (NYSE: HAL). Mr. Moya began his career at Price Waterhouse LLP’s Houston office serving some of the world’s leading companies.
